About Empowera Support Coordination
Empowera Support Coordination is a trusted and registered NDIS service provider, Provider Registration number 4050096574. We are based in Perth, Western Australia and established in 2020. We have immediate capacity to provide multiple levels of support coordination services to NDIS participants from Geraldton to Margaret River, no matter what disability or age.
We specialise in providing personalised support coordination to help individuals make the most of their NDIS plans and achieve their goals. We can help our clients in many ways including through advocacy, goal setting, plan development and funding.
Our experienced and compassionate team partners with people living with disabilities and psychosocial challenges to navigate the NDIS system with confidence. We focus on connecting participants with the right services and supports that align with their unique needs, lifestyle, and aspirations.

She guides the team to deliver exceptional, value-driven support. She also provides level 2 support coordination.

Known for her warm, approachable nature and deep knowledge of the NDIS, she works closely with individuals to navigate services and achieve meaningful goals. She also assists with level 2 support coordination.
